I’ve followed this since the first video, and man I gotta tell you. This is so impressive. Amazing. Words really can’t describe it. You did an incredible job not only building a pond, but how much wild life you helped. Thank you. And may your future be blessed 🫡🫡💯 Side note, that all black coyote, I believe is called melanistic. That’s pretty damn rare!!

I have an idea for the letter E: Equuleus, It is one of the 88 modern constellations in the night sky and is Latin for "Little Horse".

I was gonna say Enceladus or Europa, given they are both ocean moons... If was gonna stick with your equine theme, Epona might be good for a female as well.

Yes as I've mentioned before here, eagles have extreme fidelity to their nest. They won't abandon it unless the nest is destroyed. The pair that you see often have claimed the pond as their territory and will not tolerate another pair in the nest you built. They will fight and sometimes fatalities occur. Even if a pair uses the nest Owl Capone and Hooter will attack them viciously. The constant owl vs eagle conflict is an often seen sight on the SWFL eagle nest cam. The owls attack the eagles at night when they are roosting and blast the eagles right off their perches.

Hello! My son and I love watching your channel. It's hard to believe we have been watching your progress for many years now. You have a wonderful way about you and how you narrate your episodes of BamaBass. You mentioned that you needed a "N" name. I would like to suggest the name "Nova". We picked Nova for two reasons. We are lovers of all things in the cosmos. A nova is a sudden increase in brightness of a star, often due to a thermonuclear explosion on its surface. This definition reminds me of a big 'ol bass exploding to the surface to grab some bait! Secondly, we chose Nova as we are from the province of Nova Scotia on the east coast of Canada!

I'd love to see if you could go for some of the trout, as mike and molly trout are gone. The pond trout could be around 5 pounds by now, and would also probably make a good meal if you were looking to get some of them out! (Keeping around 4 in the pond might be nice, as they don't breed it seems, and they could reach trophy size)

The coyotes you have there could be crosses with the eastern wolf. That would explain the colouring of the black coyote. The Coyotes there are definitely different looking than the coyotes here on the prairies & in the foothills of Alberta Canada. They definitely look larger and somewhat thicker built. They are beautiful there actually. We have had coyotes for well over 60 years on the original land my dad had. We didn’t hunt them and let the balance in nature happen. They would get some fawns in the spring & early summer but they spent wayyy more time on Rabbits & rodents. They were good at getting geese in the fall as well. They don’t destroy deer populations like some say. It’s unfortunate. You have done an awesome time as wildlife stewards!! Good on ya. I’m not saying there isn’t a time to intervene a bit, but your deer populations have skyrocketed as well. We have mostly mule deer, but when the whitetails show up a predator I truly hate & even fear, shows up & that’s Cougars (aka mountain lions, puma etc). Don’t forget to have a swale built around the building. You would be amazed at how much water they move and are so gentle they are still mowable. It tears up the surface initially, but the long term gain is priceless!!
