I have seen used car/ truck tyers with hay inside used as bird nests at least for ducks & chickens, perhaps one might work on the 'Eagle Tower'?

It's hard to believe how much money is being poured into this "pond". It's not so much a pond as a hole in the ground to fill with money. There are ponds that exist very nicely without any serious cost. Have to wonder what the point is.

I'm not sure if it's the answer for the grass but there is a guy that I have seen reels of that does alot of field burns to kill off invasive grasses and get native grasses going, couldn't tell yout he details but maybe something to look into/a collab with another creator?

The hawk harassing the eagle is likely a Red Shouldered. The new duck is a male Ruddy Duck.

Im curious why you never chose to put in some rock caves/piles when building the pond for big fish to lurk or critters to hide.
