For those interested, I have a video of me catching , cleaning and cooking Gafftop Sail Catfish and they are great. Anyone who says they taste bad either 1) doesn't know how to cook 2) Has never tried one and going off of common opinion, and/or 3) is lying lol They are great ! kzbin.info/www/bejne/iYqcgXeGm69gsMk

My first time seeing your channel. You're a happy fella...lol... and about 10 minutes into the video, I realized that you wasn't cussing......you wasn't being mean....and I thought...This boy loves Jesus At the end of the video, you said " each and everyone of you"... and I have ever only heard that at Church. I recognized the tree by its fruit - you know what I'm saying!

Hello Stephen….my name is Doug and I watch your channel all the time as it reminds me of home (grew up in St. Petersburg, FL). I now live in MO and do a lot Crappie fishing. Like you, I was in the Army (87-94 UH-60 Blackhawk Mechanic 18th Airborne Corp out of Ft. Bragg, Panama Invasion and Desert Storm). So, from one Veteran to another….Thank you for your Service and HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY….🇺🇸🇺🇸

Last June we used a broken popping cork with pinfish behind the boat in the marsh area near Fort Morgan. Three sharks and a couple break offs in about an hour. We were catching a lot of stuff on lures and the shark rod became a nuisance in the small boat.

@@BamaSaltwater I’m sure they’re edible…to a point. But there are so many more fish that taste better and easy to catch…speckled trout, white trout, redfish, sheepshead, flounder, whiting and so many more. I’m never that desperate to eat a nasty gaff top…I’d rather starve.
