Can you rotate the stroller seat 90 degrees at the time? Additionally, is it necessary to buy the infant support for the stroller seat the same way that is required for the infant car seat when the baby is below 15 lbs? Thank you.

Hi it can not be used in combination with helix but you can use 2 sidekicks

I have it and it is good quality, but not practical in the sense it has to many parts. You can't just fold it with the seat. You have to detach either a bulky car seat or toddler seat then fold it. Takes up a lot of trunk space. Definitely cannot be used on vacation where you will be going on and off public transportation
