i sent in my ticket the sixth of february and now it is april the 13th and i still dint get a replacement

I got my refund for my A1, but they promised to pay for my return shipping costs (no shipping labels in Canada) and have thus far ghosted me. Honestly, Bambu support is pretty pathetic, and it seems like everyone has nothing but excuses for appallingly slow responses. Their blog post about addressing wait times seems to be mostly fiction. Sadly, no one else really has decent support either.

Meanwhile support for the voron series is mostly community based but so far i got no complaints or need for support, i'd recommend perhaps investing into a kit instead.

@@Thekidisalright from personal experience i have only ever had this treatment whenever i gave chinese products a chance. best i had on a faulty product was a 20 euro refund i never had on a phone that exploded after 7 months. other than that contact with customer support rarely exists, even an online store here with third party sellers got ghosted by huion, so it's not just consumers on the receiving end. the ONLY time i felt satisfied was with formbot, that is the only chinese company i can comfortably recommend ppl to buy anything at knowing they package well, reply fast and genuinely sell good quality products.

Good luck getting the bed replacement. Bambu will absolutely not support this recall or replacement in any way! I have an original A1 and its out of service due to the bed problem. They won't fix it, they wont support it, I'm stuck with a $700 loss on this printer.

Does anyone know if Bambu Lab donates printers to disabled persons? I have a group of people I'm trying to teach how to manufacture replacement parts for their various disability aids but most of them are on a fixed income. I've been printing for them nonstop on my A1 but I'm severely backlogged and I'm afraid of destroying my printer with the constant duty.

I opted the heatbed replacement, and as i submitted that option i also bought an a1 mini. I'll tell ya, this a1 series is awesome (big a1 and the a1 mini).
