Thanks for sharing the setup process. Seeing a cat in the video just made it perfect.

8:06 I've been opening my recommendations on which 3d printer to buy with "do you want a tool or a hobby?" for years now and I'm glad to see an expert echo the same sentiment

Absolutely! neither one is wrong or right, but expectations are completely different

Nice video! I think you missed some steps for taking some screws or removing tape. It doesn't affect the printing at all. Nice job! Love the video.

I came across your video trying to figure out what comes with it, extra hot end, any filament? As much as I love to tinker I have been 3D printing since 2013 with a makerbot replicator, and was part of the CoreXY testing and beta software like sailfish. Well I am getting to old and tired, days are getting shorter and I just want to print. So I will be adding this one to my arsenal of printers and still keep the original CoreXY and heavily modified Replicator2 that also is now dual and chambered. It will be a big jump in tech and interesting to see how they compare.

Great video! Can you print and video it doing some parts in ABS? Curious to see how it handles that since ABS requires higher print & bed temps.
@DesktopInventions4 ай бұрын
Yes, I printed ABS the other week, just pop it in, change to ABS in the slicer software and that was it. Turned out great!

@@DesktopInventions sounds good! If I may make a suggestion; printing TPU with the AMS. I've seen a video from Noozle3D, where he mods the AMS. I have yet to see it in action, though.
