he should NOT be considered mid tier, a fully charged neutral B plus a well-placed F smash is a shield break. (more easy in practice then you think). you could also just get a dumb shield break with psych up and a F smash. once you do break shield its wraps because ONE buff and a full side B will INSTA KO BOWSER above 30%. not to mention that his neutral B kind of just cheats him through the entire match because full charged neutral b is SUCH A STRONG PRESSURE OPTION. "well he has his weaknesses with menu and his A m-" yeah keep saying that while i insta kill you in the first 10 seconds in the match using one of his 10million options thank you very much.
