Looking forward to a tasting video for this one! My banana mead is clearing: right now I’ve got a little over an inch that’s clear and gradually as you look towards the bottom of the bubbler it’s getting cloudier. I wonder how long it’ll take to settle out further. Bottled some spiced metheglin, which was so good I immediately mixed up another batch. Tart cherry pyment still bubbling enthusiastically. Quince mead bottled.

@@AndysHomebrewKitchen - One of the good things about living in a very small house is that you HAVE to bottle when a brew is done if you want to start another one… no room for a lot of fermenters!

Amazon, 50g pouch, lot of places were selling 500g, didn't want that much in case it was awful, lol

Thanks mate,that makes sense,I'm told really ripe bananas are best(black is fine) ,which is good coz ya get them at a reduced price.
