Banana bajji recipe | Balekkayi podi | ಬಾಳೆಕಾಯಿ ಪೋಡಿ | Podi recipe | Raw banana bajji recipe
A simple tea time snack recipe by using raw banana. The 'Haunda' breed of banana is suitable for this dish. The main ingredients are raw banana and gram flour. The raw banana made cut into pieces and dip into bajji battter and deep fry in hot oil until bajji becomes golden brown. Serve it hot.
Ingredients:
Raw banana 5
Gram flour 2&1/2cup
Red chilli powder
Hing
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry
