Love when #HomeBakingAdventure videos show up at lunch time :) I think I just figured out what I've doing wrong when making muffins? I never use beaters to fluff up the eggs & sugar. Your muffins have a beautiful rise on them. I was wondering if it buttermilk mixed with the baking soda but it wasn't that. Any loaf recipe turned into a muffin is always better as you have more crusty top and they don't go stale as quickly. Thank you for the recipe and great music.
