Full Recipe Of Banana Chocolate Walnut Cake/Bread:-
Note:- 1 CUP=240 ML
Ingredients for Wet Mixture:-
Over Riped Bananas (pake hue kele):- 2 nos
Milk (Dudh, room temperature):- 1/2 Cup
Sugar (shakkar):- 3/4th Cup.
Salted Butter (namkeen makkhan):- 2.5 tbsp
Refined Oil (tel):- 4 tbsp
Vanilla Essence:- 1 tsp (optional)
Ingredients for Dry Mixture:-
All Purpose Flour (Maida):- 1+1/4th Cup
Coco Powder:- 1/4th Cup
Baking Powder:- 1 tsp
Baking Soda (meetha soda/khane wala soda):- 1/2 tsp
Walnuts (akhrod):- 1/2 Cup
Chocochips:- 1/4th Cup
[BAKING INSTRUCTIONS]
👉OTG/ Convection:- Preheat at 180° C for 10 mins. Then bake for 40-45 mins.
Kadhai/Cooker (No Whistle & Gasket):- Preheat at medium flame for 10 mins. Bake at medium flame for 5 mins & then at low flame for 35- 40 mins.
