Ingredients:
3 cups whole wheat flour
1.5 tsp active dry yeast
1 1/4 cups warm water (about 110°F)
1 tsp salt
• 3 tbsp oil
Instructions:
Activate the yeast: In a small bowl, dissolve honey/maple syrup in warm water. Sprinkle yeast over the top and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes foamy.
Mix the dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil. Stir until the dough starts to come together.
Knead the dough: Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Add more flour if it's too sticky.
First rise: Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, turning to coat. Cover with a damp towel or plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.
Shape the dough: Punch down the dough to remove air bubbles. Shape it into a loaf and place it in a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Alternatively, shape into a round loaf and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Second rise: Cover the dough loosely with a damp towel and let it rise again for about 30-45 minutes, until it has risen about 1 inch above the edge of the pan or until it looks puffy.
Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the bread for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom. If you used a loaf pan, you can also check the internal temperature; it should be around 190°F (88°C).
Cool: Remove the bread from the pan and cool on a wire rack before slicing.

अब, आटा को फिर से फूला दें और इसे एक ब्रेड पैन में डालकर दबा दें।
इसे अन्धेरे स्थान में १ घंटे के लिए रखें, या जब तक कि यह दोगुना न हो जाए।
फिर, 180 डिग्री सेल्सियस पर प्री-हीट किए गए अंडा फुलाने के बाद 30-35 मिनट तक बेक करें|
ब्रेड को निकालें और ऊपर से बटर लगाकर एक कपड़े में लपेट कर ठंडा होने दें, फिर काटें और सर्व करें|
यह गेहूं का आटा ब्रेड तैयार है, इसे आप जम कर स्वाद ले सकते हैं।

Ma'am, your recipe says instant dry yeast but ingredients in the description box say active dry yeast....???? Are they both the same ????

Yes, they both are same the only difference is active dry yeast looks like small pale yellow kind of balls and instant dry yeast is what I used in the video so, you can use any kind of yeast
