A simple and delicious recipe for a banana mouss dessert that everyone will love! The cooking process will not take you long, because delicious does not always have to be complicated! Recipe.
4 bananas
100g sugar
10 grams of vanilla sugar
50g butter
Let cook for 3 minutes
300ml milk
50 g cornstarch
cooling down
300 ml cream
chocolate chips
coconut flakes
almond
Bon appetit!

Love this recipe. FYI - If you peel your banana from the "bottom or short end" it peels so much easier.

Did you see that the mixture darkened during preparation? So how long before it turned brown? This is because a process called enzymic browning happens once the banana is cut and the fruit is exposed to the air. You can remedy this by tossing the banana in lemon juice once you have chopped it into pieces. You won't taste the lemon juice in the desert after preparation.

Isn't there a possibility that the the lemon juice could cause the cream to curdle when you mix in the bananas? I once added some lemon to hot tea that I had put milk in and it made a mess.

Dos cosas, si vas a poner crema (o nata montada) la maicena sobra. Y dos, la nata la has montado tanto que has hecho mantequilla y se ha cortado.

I enjoyed the recipe, but the music is so weird. It's so strange to hear somebody telling me over and over again they "want my body" while I'm trying to focus on a recipe. I ended up having to watch it with no sound. It's kind of like we're getting some strange kind of pornography with the recipe. I definitely recommend a different choice of music, so many other kinds to choose from, maybe something instrumental?

I always wonder why a video show the peeling and cutting of bananas.😂 Even apes know how to peel bananas🤣. And then, why cut it in discs if you can just blend it? 😅 People waste years of their lives watching bananas being peeled and sliced.🥴
