Also I had som over ripe bananas yesterday so I am going to try infusing with the peels. Thanks for the information! I never knew banana peels were good for anything besides fertilizer. 🍌🍹🥳

You are welcome. Banana 🍌 peels are great for infusion or syrup. They are not strong as the actual fruit but still got enough flavour and aromas 👍🏼
