Very well made video. Vidyarthi Bhavan looks very crowded which shows the good acceptance by the public. Bangalore is reputed to have very clean restaurants. The average man is very clean and polite. I have found that the masala dose, vadai and filter coffee very good ever since the 1960s.

No where I could those could meet the premium taste that vidyarthi bhavan or ctr or other popular varieties of dosas in bangalore. And more over even a decent eatery in Chennai does not have basic presentation etiquette like giving separate cups for chutney and sambar... That's what I call class and presentation

Bl'ore dose colour , thickness texture is differrent as they add channa dal, tuvar dal , maybe poha also & oily, It is small in size & the most annoying thing is the half boiled potato chunks in it.

The quality of dosa and masala is all fine but what about the chutney and sambar you get in Bangalore hotels ? When compared to what you get in a normal Ariya Bhavan motel in any highway in TN the chutney and sambar you get in Bangalore are below par in quality and taste, which makes it not worth to me at all.

actually people from tn may not like bangalore dosae, i always like tn thosai more, as they are light. vidhyarthi bhavan dosae is too oily, they add tuppa - ghee on the dosae making it very heavy for no reason. i feel its overhyped. madurai street thosai are way way better.

we here don't eat dose nd sambar. Nd pls don't tell it sweet sambar it's never sweet it has a slight flavour of jaggery. Try CTR Malleswaram u will definitely appreciate trying it. It is one of the best benne masale dose I.e butter masala dose
