Glad you guys enjoyed the concert. I saw them last year in SF and this Sacramento show was my second time. The SF show was great but in my opinion this show was better for me in terms of the venue sound and how everyone from the front row all the way to the back row was helping the Maids blow the roof off. The best part though for me was the big mistake by Akane at the start of Freedom where she forgot to reconnect her In Ear Montior so she missed her cue for the start of the song. Since Band-Maid almost always delivers a near flawless performance, it was great to see the very rare blunder and see how they dealt with it with such charisma and humor.

Yeah 25 shows and that is the only mistake I've seen Akane make...and it wasn't a playing mistake😮

@@Hogie-iv8bd There was one more: last year at the Aftershock festival in "From now on". At the end of the song, the cameraman interrupted (which the girls never did) towards the end of the song, Akane wanted to finish the song first. But she corrected it in a professional way!

Seeing the Maids live and up close in a small, intimate club is a "Thrill" of a lifetime. One should consider themselves lucky to experience them like this because it's becoming rare. And as for sound... it'll be the best hard rockin' sound you can imagine -- clear, discreet, powerful and full of energy and joyful vibes! (And no compression!! ;-) Just ask anyone who's experienced them live. In fact, we've been getting an earful of "wow's" and "that was incredible" from all the reactors and commenters from their successful 2022 & 2023 Band-Maid USA Tours. The UVIP package got everything that you got, and a postcard autographed by all the band members. No matter how many live videos you watch and the comments about how good they are live, it's really an indescribable experience! The amount of energy and involvement from both the band and the crowd is next level cool! So glad you enjoyed it!

Ace of Spades is a great venue. Now i understand why so many bands are making a stop there. Unfortunately, that means they don’t come to the Bay Area. This was my third time to see BAND-MAID, and the first without VIP. I waited outside the SF venue in frigid weather last December, but there’s no way I was going to stand outside for two hours in a 100 degree inferno. I was sitting in air conditioned comfort and enjoying dinner in the charming pub next door. I had to stand in the back, but the sound was great, although there were far too many really tall men between me and the stage. Thank you for sharing your videos. The sound and the view are quite good. Do you have complete performances to post? SAIKI’s vocals were impeccable, and experiencing the debut of SHAMBLES was a special treat.

Cracking footage .. could actually see Akane ok through the pillar. You definitely got a few treats with this show (as well as Shambles, Moratorium, & Anemone also hadn't been played up until this point and also I believe a rare Akane blooper - forgetting to plug in her IEM - was at this show). Probably quite a few songs you hadn't heard before. They're just getting better and better. Good stuff. 😃

Actually, I think we have heard almost all of them before. We have done over 40 Band Maid reaction videos. About 30 of them are on our old channel youtube.com/@psibella We split into two channels to focus one on shows and one on music. Akane being behind the pillar was the greatest issue we had, everything else was amazing.

You know how nice it was to hear Miku tell me Band-Maid loves Sacramento after all that time l signed off Sacramento loves Band-Maid. Almost as good as hearing 11 day old Shambles here first in Sacramento. I know they didn't learn that song on the bus trip from Spokane to Sacramento so l have to assume we were picked maybe because of the Aftershock reception last year. I really don't know but l am honored.

Great show. I was on the rail in the very center. It was my 25th show. The ratio of women to men is highly variable depending on location. Portland, Seattle, SFO and a few others were beyond 30% female. The four to my left on the rail were all women. And two others were farther down.😂

You did a very nice job. I think the blog is excellent and informative. I do not know if I am the biggest Band-Maid fan in Sacramento but l am one of the oldest. When l wore a Band-Maid t-shirt in 2018 l got a lot of who's that. By Aftershock l was getting more you like them, too. It's a long way to the top if you want to rock n roll.

Dude. Great report from the Sacramento live! It was my 2nd time and it was totally Awesome! My 1st time was in SF in 2022. That's when seeing Akane & Misa live made me a total fan of both. YES! It was absolutely HOT while waiting outside. I even saw myself in the video as you walked down middle of two lines towards the end of the line. The audience was LOUD that night. It was great to hear everyone chant together. You could tell Saiki was loving it. I totally geeked out when they started playing MORATORIUM! I swear that's the chanting that made me lose my voice. Ha! And then hearing SHAMBLES was a total surprise! I got regular VIP, but took my time to cool down, grab some merch, and drop it off at coat check. By the time i got to the floor, i was smack in the center. The sound was Perfect feom there. Im about 6ft tall so i usually keep to the back at live shows. Just out of courtesy. The SF live definitely had more females in attendance. But it was great to see the diversity of humanity at the Sacramento live. A fine example of the Power of Music upon mortals across this planet. My favorite shot was the sold out crowd. I didn't realize how jam packed it really was until you panned from the stage to upper level area. That's a view rarely shown from these fan cams. Many Thank Yous for posting this video. That night is a new core memory. Please don't ever remove this video from here.😁 🤘🇯🇵🇺🇲

Psi and Bella, I have been looking forward to your reaction to Band Maid from your first concert. Maidiacs are usually really friendly people. I agree with the both of you 100% that more young women should view Band Maid as heroes and roll models for women's empowerment. I have seen them twice (Atlanta and Minneapolis) and dang it, you got to see Shambles debuted live. We are willing to go through heat, cold, rain, to see Band Maid. Proud to a subscriber of your channel and am looking forward to more reactions amd dialog. I think that both of you agree with me that Band Maid is a much better band in livee performance. There is nothing like being there with them!

It's really odd, because I can't understand most of the lyrics (in Japanese), but because I know the meaning and spirit of the song (Memorable), it gets me choked up almost every time. And once we saw them live, it finally applied directly to me as a fan.
