Hey Band-Maid Fans! I made it to The House of Blues in Anaheim CA for my 3rd Band-Maid Live and had an Amazing Experience! This is the ENTIRE FULL SHOW straight through from beginning to end.
I had the regular VIP ticket but wound up upgrading to The House of Blues VIP seat way in the back. It's a long story why I upgraded which I will cover in my upcoming videos.
Enjoy the Show!

@@foong171183 Rinne, is a great surprise indeed. Didn't expect that to be in the setlist and it's a great song. Their setlists make me happy everytime though. Some of my favorites are always there. Songs like Domination, Play, No God and Daydreaming. What I always like about their gigs, there are changes in their setlist every gig. You never get the exact thing every gig. That keeps it interesting. Especially for people who go every time (or a lot). Thanks for putting out this question. Anyone else wants to answer this?

@@UncleYoshi The way you describe your impression of Band-Maid is similar to my experience. My youngest son had given me some names of Asian bands he thought I might find interesting. When I heard Band-Maid's music video of Choose Me in late 2015, my immediate reaction was "Holy crap! They rock!" The more I listened and learned about them, the more I respected their dedication to making quality music. They were the first band in years that moved me to buy their CD albums. And while I have been learning about more Japanese rock and metal bands since then, and liking many, they have continued to be my favorite band since that first listen. So, I am 71 and grew up in the US as rock was also growing. I remember Elvis Presley becoming famous in the 1950s, Chuck Berry and Buddy Holly writing their own songs, then the Beatles in the 1960s pursuing more variations in subject and music composition, and others also exploring. This approach developed all the best bands to follow. I see Band-Maid as one of the great bands in all points - creativity, depth and complexity as appropriate, musicianship, vocals with feeling, and also a wonderful stage presence. They bring satisfyingly strong music, joy, and hope for the future. In the US, in this century rock has been suppressed by the big recording companies in favor of rap. There are some good bands here, but "Top 40" radio tends to ignore them. Japan has continued to develop MANY good bands, and the world is becoming more aware of them. KZbin and other video platforms are helping do that. Band-Maid always does their best.

By the way, Miku's English skill was so grown up, her MC skill is so important in Bandmaid. Miku is intellient , because she may have passed KUMAMOTO National University, but she came to Tokyo o be Maid in AKIHABARA, searching herself. That's why her lyrics is so intelligent and so talented in selecting words.

I feel like Kanami's English is getting better and better 💚 Kind of random but during Freedom, if you look at the front row, you can see a guy jumping up and down. Right below A-chan's kick drum. That guy was causing some trouble, and was jumping up on some guy. At 1:27:05 you can see Saiki telling him to settle down. That guy pushed me aside to get close to the front lol He kept thrashing and stepping on me. Around 1:27:25 she tells him again to settle down At some point, Saiki and I kept making eye contact and staring at each other because of that 😅

@UncleYoshi Dude, it was amazing being so close the band! Being so close to them made relize just how beautiful they really are! I made eye contact with Saiki when they started playing Domination and at 1:40:15, I screamed "Spotify" and made eye contact with Kanami when her and Saiki asked how we knew about them. The mosh pit did get a little crazy especially when they played freedom. The craziness of the pit got the girls attention a few times and if you look carefully after their last mc, you can see they started to get worried looks on their faces. But on the bright side that did case Miku, Saiki and Kanami to look in my general direction. I like to think they all saw me! It was so worth it to get there almost 3 hours before the show started! I'm usually back by the sound guys to capture a balanced sound, but here I was 2 back from the rail IFO of Miku and behind Peter Lim. Man, they are so beautiful up-close ( imean the girls, not Peter, lol!), and the mix was the best I've heard in all of their shows I've been to, including TGT. I hope to see you at Yokoari, Po! 🦍🍌

Hi JK! Were you hanging out from the morning 🌄 at the House of Blues? I was there most of the time. Glad to hear you were able to be up close to the girls. I hope to do that 1 day but it would have to be a seated venue. Too old to do GA standing room only. I will be in Yokohama in the fall but need to return back to the states so unfortunately, I'll be missing the Yokohama arena. Enjoy that one b.c Band-Maid said you will not want to miss this one!

@@UncleYoshi Atsukatta, that's why I arrived later in the day when the shade appeared. I live 15 mins away and had a UVIP ticket, so I got in pretty quickly. The only regret was not able to enjoy the shenanigans with the Dawn Patrol and such. As for Yokoari, it'll be a quick Thursday (Thanksgiving day) to Monday return. I'll do a month long next year, perhaps, and visit family in Osaka and Amami Oshima, and, if BM has a new album tour, I'll follow them in Japan, Po! Your upload captured Kanami quite well. Thanks for holding the cam steady for the entire show, Po! 🦍🍌

@@JK-tz6kk I was waiting on the VIP line towards the front so you probably passed by me when they started letting the UVIP line in. I did get to enjoy the Shenanigans with Dawn Patrol and played the name that tune trivia with Scott. Seeing Band-Maid in Japan will be awesome... I will be in Yokohama in Oct and they are playing in a small Venue in Osaka (1500) on 10/20, not sure if I can go or even get tickets, but it would be cool just to hang out with the fans there.
