This song was off their first album New Beginning 2015. You can clearly tell that Miku did not write this song. It was actually written, composed and arranged by Akihito Tokunaga.

Uh yeah, I wonder who really wrote these lyrics as they are pretty naughty, and i wonder if Saiki even knew what she was singing , being all in english, and an early single. Anyone one know for sure ?
