この曲にはバンドメイドが21世紀のビートルズと言われる所以がたくさん詰まっていると思います。この曲のコード進行には普通のハードロックバンドではおよそ使われることのない、セブンス、ディミニッシュ、SUS、オーギュメント、ナインスなどジャズ,R＆Bで使われるようなコードが随所に使われビートルズがやったような革新的なことを踏襲していて、かなみさんがいかにあらゆるジャンルの音楽を熟知しているかの証明でもあります。

Memorable is at 889K views. Memorable is a wonderful love letter from Band-Maid to their Masters and Princesses aka fans. Memorable is very memorable to me. I was lucky to get a ticket to Tokyo Garden Theater Okyuji where I saw its live debut, on January 9th 2023. After that I've seen it live at Zepp Shinjuku in July 2023, and at Zepp Haneda on The Day Of Maid in May 2024. I hope Memorable will reach 1M soon, it's a wonderful song.

Mine was also “Thrill” on YT. It kept coming up as a recommendation, probably because I had watched some Junna drum videos…otherwise I knew exactly nothing about J-rock. Finally decided to play it as I finished my stationary-bike ride one day…to say I was stunned would be putting it mildly. I went through the stages of “What in the world is THIS?” followed by “Is this real?” followed by “How have I never even heard of this band?” I’m an old man and B-M has impacted my life in ways I can’t even express…though Ryan Mear comes close to some of it in his YT reaction to this song.

Thrill on YT 2016. They played a few USA shows on 2017 & ‘19. No cameras were allowed back then, what a shame. But the Maid’s are starting 2023 in a most amazing way!! ❤❤❤

They have a few songs on their 2nd or 3rd album (maybe New Beginning?) that are like this. I think this song is the best execution, but there are a couple golden nuggets of softer songs on that album as well. Definitely worth checking out. I'm glad they still had a rock-out session in this song. I was worried the rest of the members would be bored!

Only time I do not play Band-Maid is when I'm at work, but sometimes I do. I play BM in my car on my way to work, and whenever I drive my car. I play them on YT as much as I can to help support them, and I have all their albums, DVDs, singles etc. I even dream of Band-Maid and Saiki from time to time. Lastly I went from Norway to Japan to see them live, and I will go back to Tokyo in July to see them once more. I may be a Maidiac afterall. I love Band-Maid, I love all the members of Band-Maid, specially Saiki. I'm so happy Po 🙂

Zeppelin is said to be a miraculous band, but I think Band-Maid is far more miraculous encounters and explosive chemical reactions. Think about it, if even one of these members were missing, it would be a completely different band. I grew up with Led Zeppelin and the likes in the 70s, but I never got into either one of them the way I'm into Band-Maid today. For me, Band-Maid is the greatest band of all times, and probably will be for the rest of my days.

Band-Maid's crowd participation skills are off the chart. Band-Maid are truly having fun playing live and it shows in their smiles and laughter. This is not a job for them, it's their most joyful moments in life, being in front of their Masters and Princesses. I have never before seen a band that care so much about their audience. The song Memorable puts their feelings for the fans into words in a beautiful way.

Very ballady. Reminds me of Daydreaming a little. Band-Maid does everything: ballads, acoustic, hard rock, prog/punk, even a touch of metal. After the intensity of From Now On, this fills out their ballad repertoire a little more. As ever, done with class and musicianship.

Love it!! Love the use of the acoustic guitar. Saiki and Miku are the best duet in music, great sound control so we hear them so well. I would love to know the process for creating the song. Miku and Kanami for sure, but Saiki very strongly for sure.

I don't know the details for this song specifically, but the generalities are usually: Kanami has a tune idea and composes it on piano, then arranges guitar parts. Miku gets the feel of the song and writes lyrics. Saiki evaluates and gives feedback. She is the ultimate judge of whether to pursue it. She might go with it, or modify it, or declare it to be crap and say No, toss it. The others trust her musical judgement and her unwavering blunt honesty, completely. Other members may give their input too, and a couple of recent songs were written by Saiki and by Misa. But the above is the most usual workflow as they have described in interviews.

We got a love letter from them. Obviously, the desert replesents the desaster of Covid19. Saiki sings " I'm so glad to see you again!". I have been very much moved to know how deeply they think of fans, us. Actually, the impact of Covid19 was much more serious in Japan than in US; Maids had to cancel all live concerts that should have been a chance of great development for them. I have deep respect to them, they kept their minds positive during the hard time. I think this is a love song to us from them who have pure soul. I love them.

Memorable is a wonderful love letter from Band-Maid to their Masters and Princesses aka fans. Memorable is very memorable to me. I was lucky to get a ticket to Tokyo Garden Theater Okyuji where I saw its live debut, on January 9th 2023. After that I've seen it live at Zepp Shinjuku in July 2023, and at Zepp Haneda on The Day Of Maid in May 2024. I hope Memorable will reach 1M soon, it's a wonderful song.
