Nice. Eric got it. The song is about falling for the wrong person, someone who is already taken but happy to carry on an affair. The full band version shows the anger and the acoustic version the pain. The lyrics are good.

It's an amazing version because you get the feeling and emotions of the song, and more of the subtleties. Kanami's vocal harmony is incredible. Everyone in Band-Maid is insanely talented.

The song that comes after this is ANIMONE and SAIKI looks like she's crying but I'm not sure if that film clip is available at the moment because of a live DVD that is coming out but try and keep it in your minds because it's something special. Thanks for doing this one though it's always a risk going acoustic and I'm so glad that you liked it.

What I love most about this version is that Kanami gets to stretch her vocal muscles! Her voice is like a secret weapon! So clean and pure!❤🎙🎼🎸🤘 The only thing about micing up an acoustic guitar live, is that it often is nightmarish for the sound engineer. In the studio you only have to really worry about is phase issues and the occasional bumping of a mic. Live you have the added issue of feedback. Plus Kanami's tech is running around like a mad mad throughout the show without having to worry about the moving of another mic/stand. It's worth the sacrifice of a bit of tone for convenience.

This 'acoustic version' would sounds more emotional to many people's ears. But it's not so much because it's acoustic but because of the way to be played. Remember Led Zeppelin's 'Stairway to Heaven', not regarded acoustic.

Got another suggestion, Not a Japanese band but forgotten masterpiece, Atomship - Crash of '47, Check out the Tracks Day of Daze, Mothra, Whitfield, Agent Orange, and Withered. Their Drummer is next level, and just I wish more people knew about his band.
