So TW and B-M met at a US festival in 2022 and said they should collaborate. They got that opportunity this year. They went to Japan and played three shows, one with Band-Maid. TW traveled to Japan two weeks early to write/compose/record with B-M and record a MV. They then played it together at their one concert together. In an interview on the PRS channel, Kanami and Dany said that more collaborations are in the future. Kanami wants B-M to go to Mexico and and Dany wants the collab to be in Spanish. Dany and Kanami play similar PRS guitars in the same color.

They're not touring. Maybe someday, but they're not. The Warning went to Japan and played a couple of shows over there with Band Maid, and maybe another solo show.

I think that, even though TW is by far my favorite band, BM has the edge in terms of instrumental virtuosity. That doesn't matter because TW's superpower is in the songwriting area. I don't sing BM in the shower or while folding the laundry. For that, it's TW with their ability to write musical and lyrical hooks.

I heard that Kanami told Saiki that maybe she wrote the vocals a little too high, but don't quote me on that. This is actually mainly a Band Maid song and will be on the new album coming out in September from what I understand. Have you seen HATE? live from Yokohama Arena yet? That may be more along the lines of the type of music that you like. It's got a great Kanami/Misa conversation in it that's pretty cool.

We have reacted to MANY Band Maid videos, as we have A LOT of the great musicians that happen to be from Japan. Sometimes, certain bands, or songs just don’t connect. Isn’t that fair to say of any band in any genre? You aren’t going to LOVE EVERY BAND that is out there, but it DOES NOT mean that we don’t admire or appreciate the MUSICIANSHIP. Tom. Hello friend. Brown Sugar here. First of all… not everyone is going to be a fan of EVERY BAND that is out there. SECOND.. we have reacted to most of the Band Maid videos, and have liked them. BUT!!!… that does not mean that we are Super fans or that we HAVE to be. Do you love EVERY BAND? Sometimes you just can’t connect to the band or the frequency of their music. It does not however mean that we do not appreciate the musicianship as you would know had you paid attention to what we were saying, or have said in the other tens of reactions we have done of Band Maid. What I WILL NOT do is allow disrespect of my husband or myself for OUR opinions as this is OUR CHANNEL, and this was OUR reaction to the song. If you didn’t like it, you don’t have to be here.
