love how they took the concept of fighting the gloom and depression of the COVID years and used it to demonstrate using their music to battle and ultimately win out, Pandemic over, Band Maid standing stronger than ever. They never left, but in fact have powered up, as anyone watching them can attest!

They definately sounded more relaxed on the 10th anniv tour. Personally I think them going wireless and being able to freely move around helped them get into it more. They know the songs inside and out so I really enjoyed watching them let the songs breathe.

The first scene with Saiki (Singer) is from the MV Blooming; second is Akane (Drummer) from the MV Don't You Tell Me; 3rd Kanami (Lead Guitar) MV Alone; 4th Misa (Bass) MV Different; 5th Miku (Band Founder, Rhythm/back up vocals) MV Thrill. Pretty cool how Miku turns into a Pigeon and brings them all together...

Last Spring I had tickets to see Band-Maid near the end of the May leg of their North American tour. Anticipating their Detroit show and Columbus, Ohio festival I kept track of their set lists from Kumamoto through Pointfest in St. Louis. "Unleash!!!!!" was played 13 times at the first 17 venues. I saw Band-Maid twice but only saw them perform "Unleash!!!!!" once.

Joel, I love them both for different reasons. The official music video was a savvy way of presenting the song with the anime making their fans love them more. The official live vieo simply shows how great of musicians they are out of the studio. Saiki's vocsls in the live music video are incredible. She displays so much passion with her words.

Love this track and this live performance from their 10th anniversary concert at Yokohama arena. The whole band were on fire for the whole 3.5+ hours performance and obviously really enjoying themselves. Saiki brought her A+ game to this incredibel concert, amazing her voice can last for that length of time.I don't know if it was because of the significance of this milestone performance or if it is because of her growing maturity but her voice was so powerful and with a rasp that sounded great.

Musically Unleash isn't my favourite track, but live version? The Maids always elevates their songs to the next level when they perform live. I think Saiki is the main reason. Her live vocal is lot more powerful and passionate live especially when you're at the venue. And all their songs sound a lot more "rock" than studio recording even though it may not be as flawless.

I'm always a bigger fan of Band-Maid live but I do love the video for this particular song and I'm not even an anime fan. But I really do love the video knowing that they are big fans of anime and just how different it is from their other videos because of the cartoon aspect. I also love how it assigned each of them a color kind of like how the solo albums did for KISS back in 1978.
