Yeah the bass/guitar battles during the bridge have only been done for a few songs and only live. They will also sometimes do a bass and guitar tradeoff during extended intros. Play Live is a good example. However, many of their songs will have a bass solo leading into a guitar solo during the bridge such as Dice, Shambles, Influencer etc. Now that think of it, Turn Me On is the one studio song I can think of that has a bass/guitar battle during the bridge.

Every tour they will pick out 2/3 songs for embellishment. Either a fancy intro, or an interlude between bass/guitar. Naturally those become fan favorites. Otherwise most of the songs are played same as the studio tracks, just more zip.

The bass and guitar trading solos does not happen in all of their songs (so coincidence to some degree) BUT they do have a lot of bass solos, and a lot of guitar solos, and a lot of songs with both. And, for a lot of their songs, the bass line does so much cool stuff that it's more complex than most bass solos, and ditto for Kanami's guitar parts. That's why they just keep getting better with every listen, even to the same song. You'll notice something new every time. For their album Unseen World, they even released a special bonus disc without the vocals - and you can really hear the complexity of their music! They are flat out the most awesome rock band on the planet.

On the hump...so happy, yet so sad... You're right about them having fun and smiling. After the conversation with Kanami and MISA, you can see Akane look back up to them with a smile 4:25 , like yeah that was AMAZING and cool! You ladies killed it and it was fun as heck! These conversations are the added/extended treats for the Masters and Princesses who attend their Okyu-ji's. "Daydreaming", from this same show, Kanami reaches into your heart with an expressive and soulful intro. The silence was deafening as she played that intro. I know Kanami had mentioned it was one of her dreams to play Yokohama Arena in front of her Grandmother. I'm sure her Grandmother was there feeling the love Kanami poured out of her heart and soul and was smiling upon her. PO! 🕊 🤘😆🤘
