Used to do these on a cable machine at the gym. Definitely going to work them back in with bands at home, could use some more work in the transverse plane. Thanks for the reminder!

Should I be keeping my hips square, or letting them rotate with my upper torso? I think I am struggling to isolate the twist to the north of my pelvis. So if I need to do that, perhaps I should do this on my knees to focus it into my core?

Can play with both! Main thing is to be aware of what you’re doing, but actually the more variation with these ones the better!

@@TomMorrison You’re just like...move the shit man. If it hurts, slow down, otherwise...just move. It’s liberating. It also seems to be a more U.K. thing. So many us based peeps are strict and only move in this plane blah blah. They forget we’re swingy little monkeys!
