"Walcz z honorem" is translated perfectly = "Fight with honor". 2:23 - "Muszę wygrać w imię wszystkich Polaków" = "I must win in the name of all Poles". 2:37 - "Mam chwilę przed kolejnym spotkaniem. Ciekawe czy tamta restauracja jest jeszcze otwarta?" = "I have a while before the next encounter...Wonder if that restaurant's still open?" Katas are just long, coordinated strings of actual techniques. Literally it's like Step 1: start in this stance. do x in y direction. Literally every technique that isn't made up is a part of a kata or form (pretty much anything from Karate, TKD and Chinese martial arts will have forms). Sometimes it just looks like they’re doing silly things because you can't see the imaginary person they are fighting (Jin's enbu from T4 comes to mind). But it's like probaly 90% real stuff except for the physics defying stuff and fantasy stuff like laser eyes. Honestly it would be a real feat if artists and game designers could just make up 30+ styles of martial arts like it was nothing, so of course it's from real life.

WORD. I don't even care for modern tekken story but Lidia is so damn badass. She's the best Female Tekken character period, excellent design and a mature personality. Reina is more of what i've come to expect from the average female tekken character. Whiny, childish personality, skinny arms&legs with a silly looking outfit.

This song is amazing and fits her perfectly. Shout out to Namco for this track. It is very catchy! And I love her traditional style here. It's like she's less of an "Akira-like" character and more of someone who is a master practitioner of karate with quick strikes and defensive techniques. She definitely has a great balance of offensive techniques and defensive stances and deflections. Lidia is very well-rounded in this game, overall.

Like many things, this criterion is clearly subjective, but yes, Lidia is the one who motivated me to try Tekken

I still don't get why the so early announcement with no otehr content drop. That's surely one of the reasons Tekken 8 is behind SF6 in EVO 2024.
