1. If you go by your own car - Chennai -> Bangalore -> Mysore -> Bandipur. Drive should be easy. I usually start from chennai at 4:00Am and reach bandipur by 1-2PM. 2. If you go by bus or train & rental vehicle, go to mysore and then take a rental vehicle from mysore. 3. If you go by bus or train (with no rental vehicle), go to mysore, then take a bus to ooty and get down in bandipur. But better take option 1 or 2 as your own vehicle will help you move around bandipur without much dependency

Nope, Max 2adults + 2 kids. No extra bed Correction : I noticed while booking there is an option to add 1 additional member with 1 extra bed for rs250 extra..hope this may be useful for you..
