Watched Bandish Bandits on Amazon Prime. I must say I am super happy to see that finally a series has been made to promote Indian classical music for this generation. This music has a depth in a different level which many people fail to understand. I hope this series would bring interest on Indian Classical music in today's generation. This is the first series ever I'm watching and since I'm a music lover specially classical I got addicted to this😍... And the classical songs in this series are really a pleasant treat to my ears and I know for many❤️. Such an amazing singers our country has😇. This series was just awesome..ritwik and shreya n even other supporting characters were too good ...the music the songs like mastiyappa,sajan bin,chedkaniyaan, couple goals were much more better than today's remakes n I think that chedkaniyaan was almost like the theme song ..the best part was the classical music n songs never I had loved classical music but hats off to the director n the team....n the love chemistry was just lit......ritwik 'a smile was just heart killing he was soo charming n handsome n shreya to hot to handle ......n the way they depicted rajasthan especially jodhpur was soo good I just fell in love with rajasthan n its beauty .....people normally go abroad but miss the real beauty which is in india itself I thank the director to just make me fall in love in rajasthan......the last scene was truly unbelievable. ..the rain song ...n the very last part was very heart breaking. ..I request the director to plssss bring up the second season plssss...never had I knew what were web series but the trailer of bandish bandits made me to see ot n this is my first web series. ..a binge worthy series .....n the experience of my first web series was just awesome thanks to Amazon, the director, the cast, n all the other team members love u ull

हिंदी वेब-सीरीज़ की दुनिया मे जिस तरह के बेहूदा प्रयोग हो रहे हैं, उन सबके बीच Bandish Bandits' एक ताजी हवा का झोंका है। जो लोग किसी भी तरह के संगीत से लगाव रखते हैं उन्हें इस सीरीज़ ज़रूर देखना चाहिए। इस सीरीज में एक बढ़िया कसी हुई कहानी के ज़रिए दिखाया गया है कि पूरे भारतीय उपमहाद्वीप (इंडिया, पाकिस्तान,बांग्लादेश) में संगीत साधना की संस्कृति कितनी महान है लेकिन साथ ही संगीत साधना में वंशवाद और परिवारवाद, गुरु शिष्य परम्परा में व्यर्थ रूढ़ियों की जड़ें कितनी गहरी हैं। कला के ऊपर से पवित्र दिखने वाले स्वरूप के भीतर की परतों में कितनी ईर्ष्या, कितना घमण्ड और टकराव भरा पड़ा है। बाज़ारवाद का दौर और उसमें जन्मी उस नई पीढ़ी के सामने कला साधना के रास्ते मे क्या भटकाव आते हैं जो कि धन और प्रसिद्धि की छलांग लगाने को आतुर है। इंडियन आइडल जैसे पॉप शोज़ ने इस सीखने की परंपरा का किस कदर कचरा किया है। इस कहानी में संगीत के अलग अलग स्वरूप के साधक हैं, लेकिन इनमें से कोई भी बहुत महान और मानवीय कमजोरियों के परे है, ऐसा नहीं दिखाया जाना ही इस कहानी की मजबूती है।नसीर साहब और अतुल कुलकर्णी अपने चेहरे और बॉडी पोस्चर से किस तरह अपने आप को एक्सप्रेस करते हैं, किसी नए कलाकार को सीखना चाहिए। नसीरुद्दीन शाह और अतुल कुलकर्णी की बेहद पॉवरफुल उपस्थिति के बीच मेघना मलिक, अमित मिस्त्री, शीबा चड्ढा और राजेश तैलंग जैसे मंझे हुए लेकिन तुलनात्मक रूप से कम प्रसिद्ध कलाकारों ने अपने कैरियर की एक और बेस्ट परफॉर्मेंस दी है और इस में चार चांद ही जड़े हैं। गंभीर विषय पर बनी फिल्मों के प्रशंसकों को शंकर एहसान लॉय की कुछ बेहतरीन कम्पोज़िशन से सजी यह सीरीज़ जरूर पसंद आएगी।अंत मे मैं अपनी पत्नी का शुक्रगुजार हूं जिन्होंने इंटरनेट पर फैले तमाम वेब सीरीज़ के कबाड़ के बीच से यह कलाकृति छाँटकर मुझे इसे देखने पर मजबूर किया।

Something I don't get is why Panditji disqualified that student. Even while concentrating wholeheartedly, mistakes can be made. It doesn't have to mean that the person is treating the art as 'shauk'. I am learning to swim , and today was absolutely unable despite my best efforts to paddle well while going from the deeper end of the pool to the shallower end. In fact, I had to use the technique that my trainer taught us in case we drown to immediately get to safety. I am the only one who attends the classes regularly, and the same trainer has always referred to me as the best in my batch. Despite this, he did not tell me ' Kal se mat aana.' . Plus judging from the fact that the students have notebooks open in front of them, it is understood that the learning of Raag Sangeet is a study similar to the subjects we have at School. Multiple studies have shown that students' minds are not ready for studies before 9 am. If I take into account when the Sun rises in my state and consider it's time difference with Rajasthan, that would imply that it's 5-6 am, so there are still a good 3 hours left for the students to become capable of recalling the concepts during the activity. Even then, that student performed better than literally 3-4ths of Bollywood's singers. Being a teacher, shouldn't Panditji be able to tell which student is actually putting in honest effort to the best of their ability and encourage them? I am not a trained singer, so if I have gone wrong anywhere, kindly enlighten me.
