Hi Nicolas, I just found your videos when I was looking for Mallorca climbs. Good climbing! Do you sport climb also, or mostly boulder? Did you do any endurance training for your Mallorca trip, or continue bouldering? I'm planning on going in two months and have been board climbing and bouldering v8/9 but haven't sport climbed much this year. Besides the mental game of DWS, what would you recommend training for a Mallorca DWS trip? Thank you!

Hey...think you for finding and liking ;) me personally don't climb much spot climbing...bruno (in the video here) sometimes but not much...we didn't train endurance specifically...just bouldering alot...but it would have been helpful to have a little bit better indurance :)

@@brianleevictory You can do a lot there anyway by just bouldering and board climbing...at least when it comes to the physical side,the mental side you just learn on the go by taking some falls in the water ;) it's super fun
