+THEDARKKNIGHT1939 So True. I hate bands that karaoke or play to tracks. If I want it perfect I will listen to the recorded song. The young generation is getting so scammed at concerts with fake vocals, recorded tracks and don't even get me started on paying to see a DJ. The "Great Swindel" is on the younger generation.

Can always remember walking into deluna fest at Pensacola with my uncle me being underage, I knew I could expect to see foo fighters, Joan jett, pearl jam and many great bands overall but that summer I had just played ea skate for the first time, and it was amazing to randomly hear this run to their stage to just be amazed but this song. as a teenager this song got me thru tough times I’m almost 30 and it still does get me thru the worst and best moments, times a funny tool that usually is very hard to understand but once you do life is beautiful and fun.

he was so overwhelmingly happy to be singing this song to millions of people. it's one thing to be moved by a song but it's another exponential level up to watch the person who wrote the song that moved you to themself be moved, and humbled, and astounded, etc. IMO, it's always proof positive that songs are not written but channeled or bequeathed onto an artist from somewhere else.
