I've the H9i and one "feature" that they have is replacable battery. This is great and should be industry standard for headphones in this price point.
@NorbReviews3 жыл бұрын
Agreed. I would absolutely adore this.
@laurencejackson44063 жыл бұрын
Apparently they do have a replaceable battery. It's just not as easy as with say the H8. I think you have to take them in to a B&O shop for it to be done.

Nice rew. , I started to colect them, so far I have h9 3rd gen, HX and H95 :). Cheers!

That’s great! I’ve been wanting to try the H95. I have the HX a brief try and I like the improvements they made to the way they feel. Only got a few minutes with them, though.

Great review mate. I got mine for the equivalent of $200 marked as refurbished. Were brand new and sound great. Just need to save for the H95's now :)
@NorbReviews3 жыл бұрын
Thanks! That’s about what I got mine for, similar condition. Except… it was damaged. So, I contacted B&O. Turns out they have a 3yr warranty on products. Sent them back and they said, “we’ll just send you a new one.” I’m extremely impressed with B&O’s service. Now, the H95’s… I’m trying to justify them, hard, but I’m leaning more toward selling these to upgrade to the HX.
@rchatte1003 жыл бұрын
@@NorbReviews I dont know how much of an upgrade the HX's are. The H95's have dropped by approx $150 here in UK recently. I'll see if they drop more by black friday.

Hello! I've discovered you videos a few months ago and really appriciate all u doin. Keep the good work. I want to buy my first more high price/quality wireless headphones and what i keep on eye is these B&O Beoplay H9 3rd gen. and Sennheiser Momentum 4. I want everyday headphones mostly used for music (youtube, spotify), TV sometimes. Maybe for 2-3 hours a day. Genres i listen to are Electronic music (house, tech house etc.), rap/trap, classicial and rock from 60s,70s and 80s. Which one will you suggest me (the price are the same ~ 280euro). There aren't a place where I can try them in my country but i can return them in 2 week after purchasing. Thank in advance!

First, thank you for the kind words. It means the world to me. From what you described, I’d 100% go for the Sennheiser. I have both and enjoy both. The B&O have a better build, but for everything you describe, the Momentum 4 will do much better. Best of luck, and I hope’s helps!

Does the cord that connects only to right side have sound for both ears? If I connect to my keyboard or phone with the cord.
@NorbReviews11 ай бұрын
It’s a single plug input, so you should hear it from both ears (unless there’s damage to the plug or chord).

I've just come across your channel as I've just bought a pair of H9 3G to try as an upgrade to my H8. Your reviews are really well done. Very well presented, objective content. I love the sound of the H9 but am finding the headband pinches the top of my head. Have you noticed this in day to day use? I'm wondering if it's because they are new. I really want to like them, especially as I paid £170 for a brand new pair. I see the HX have a redesigned headband. Have you tried these yet? Thanks!
@NorbReviews3 жыл бұрын
Thank you for watching and for your comment! I haven’t tried the HX yet, but I want to. I’m hoping to be able to pick them up in the next year. (I would probably sell my H9’s first, which is hard because they’re probably my favorite headphones.)
@laurencejackson44063 жыл бұрын
@@NorbReviews Thanks for the quick reply. Have you noticed any pinching or issues with the H9 headband yourself? Trying to work out if it's because they are new, it's my head or if it's just the design of the band. I'll probably go and try the HX for comfort, but they are double the price I paid for the H9. Cheers!

Is the Sound of these better than that of the Sennheiser Momentum 4?🤓
@NorbReviews6 ай бұрын
Hmm. Tough question. The sound is different, but not sure I’d say better or worse: the H9 is warmer and more subtle, whereas the Sennheiser is clearer and has a solid amount of bass. I like both for very different reasons.
@LiLSCRIBE6 ай бұрын
@@NorbReviews Thanks a lot. I just bought the Momentum 4 (second hand) despite your warning re heating up and connecticity problems. Luckily, the latter have not been much of an issue for me but the heating up is a bit unpleasant and since your review of the h9 was full of praise for the sound quality i thought maybe I should get these and try to resell the sennheisers. But, given your response, i should maybe save up until i can afford the h95 to make sure the sound quality noticeably improves if I'm going to make another purchase. Thank you once again for your exquisite reviews and also thank you for the above reply. Keep going, I appreciate your videos🙌

the flash on your glasses is distracting . You might want to look into anti reflective glasses
@NorbReviews3 жыл бұрын
Heh. Yeah, that was a mistake I’ve rectified in later videos. (Well, I’ve tried.) Short of it (1) I moved the light, and (2) I changed glasses. (I like how these look better, but the others are anti-reflective.) Thanks for the comment!
