Well, maybe that's because the actual direct translation of the tongue twister from Japanese would seem weird/unusual, so they slapped the most known English tongue twister instead for the subtitles. Proof: In Japanese, Aya seems to say "Namamugi Namagome Nami-". The correct way to say it should been "Namamugi Namagome Namatamago" - which means, "Raw Wheats, Raw Rice, Raw Eggs" (slow down at 2:05 to 0.25x speed if you want to listen to what she actually says in Japanese)

Also, at 0:09 there is a call-back to Episode 17 of the original Garupa PICO. Aya actually says something similar to the phrase that she says from the original PICO after the show's title ("Always vibrant with shining color(s), It's Aya Maruyama!"). The music at the start of the episode is also in fact the same music that plays in the original PICO's Episode 17 as well. And to top of that, Aya actually makes the same pose despite the background and her clothes and hairstyle are different - that is, the pose where she winks her right eye (based on the video's POV), and also points finger guns on both of her hands while smiling. It's probably more than just a coincidence...
