Hi there, We will be happy to answer your question. Pairing can not be initiated through the app. To pair your Beoremote One Bluetooth with your Beovision Horizon, follow these steps: On your Beoremote One, press LIST to bring up the menu on the screen of the remote. Use the navigation buttons up and down to navigate to 'Settings' and press the middle button to select it. Use the navigation buttons up and down to navigate to 'Pairing' and press the middle button to select it. Use the navigation buttons up and down to navigate to 'Pair' and press the middle button to select it. Now the remote is ready for pairing, and you will now have to initiate pairing on your TV: disconnect your TV from the mains, wait 30 seconds and connect again. Hope this helps. Verify that the app have the permission to access the bluetooth and local network( for iphone: settings/bang&olufsen/ enable bluetooth , enable local network) or reinstall the app. On first use give the app permission to access bluetooth and local network.

My Beoplay H4, which was originally paired to my Galaxy Note 8, can't connect to my Note 20 ultra.

Hi there! We are sorry that you are experiencing difficulties connecting your Beoplay H4 with your Samsung Note 20 Ultra and will be happy to help. Please make sure that your Beoplay H4 is in pairing mode. To do so, make sure your Beoplay H4 is switched on, then press volume + and - simultaneously for 5 minutes till the LED is flashing blue. If you have Beoplay H4 2nd gen, please move the switch towards the Bluetooth symbol and hold for 2 seconds until a sound can be heard and the LED starts flashing blue. Open the Bluetooth menu on your phone and search for available devices. Make sure the search is completed. Beoplay H4 should now show up in the list of available devices. The icon of the headphones in the Bluetooth list should not be a phone & tablet but four small icons in a 2 x 2 pattern. We hope this helps! Same here. I have the H9i’s and tried several times to connect with the app. Switched phone off, forgot and reconnected the headphones but the app simply will not find my H9i’s. Really disappointing.

I was able to connetc my E8 with my old phone. I Was able to connect them with my laptop. Now on the new App my new phone says that my E8 are to far away to be connected. They lay next to each other! And don't you even dare to say that you're sorry! JUST FIX THIS!

I bought my B&O BeoPlay A2 six years ago. Then moved house, and I've only just opened it! 1) I plug it in the mains, then press the power button and the white light comes on. 2) When I press the Bluetooth button the white light should change to flashing blue light (I'm guessing so that it is then 'visible' for pairing). But there is no flashing blue light. So I can't pair it. Does anyone have a solution please?

Hi cinepod, We're sorry to hear that you've been having trouble getting your A1 connected to your Macbook. If you have not already please try resetting A1 to get it to the factory state then try connecting again with your laptop. To reset A1, press and hold the Bluetooth and Power buttons simultaneously until the product indicator turns from red to white. Once the reset is done, power the unit on and activate the Bluetooth pairing mode. To activate Bluetooth pairing, press and hold the Bluetooth button for 2 sec. The product indicator starts flashing blue. Have the Bluetooth settings on your laptop open to get it connected. We do hope that you get to connect with A1.
