After I got the black H95 about a month ago and which has now replaced the APM I had for six months, I had my wife check it out and she really loved it - the look, the sound, the features, just everything. I decided I'll get her one too and had her check out the color options. She liked the gold tone but I thought that the light color would make it susceptible to stains over time. So I convinced her to take a look at the new chestnut color that just came out and she said that'd be fine. So now she has it and absolutely loves it. I had her go through the same unboxing process when it arrived. She's now carrying/wearing it around the house all day.

I brought my h95, the downside is the earcups needs to be slightly little larger to be more comfortable lol. I'm loving it!! Brought the black version opened for 760 dollars after taxes.

@@alexsmith1207 Yeah, it sounds great. Glad you are loving it! The APM and the Sony WH-1000XM3 which I had for 3 years are not comparable. I understand that the ear cups may be a little small for some. I found the ear cups on the APM to be too big.

Hey Orlok, I’m on the fence from getting the H95’s, I have the AirPods Max, which I see you compare them to. What are the things that got you to pull the trigger on buying the H95? That the AirPods Max fell short in

@@Haffizy17 For me, it was mainly the sound quality, which I know is subjective. I'm somewhat of an audiophile with expensive wired headphones, DAC, headphone amp, cables, etc. and I listen very critically to things like clarity/definition, separation between instruments, soundstage, balance between the various frequency ranges, etc. The APM is very good and some features - mainly the transparency mode - are better on it than on the H95, but I opted for the overall sound quality to my ears. I also felt the APM was a little too bulky for me and I had a condensation issue in the ear cups after about an hour of use. I guess this issue is more prevalent with people who tend to sweat more than normal. Overall, I'm very happy with the H95 and has been my main travel headphone. The ANC is not quite as good as it is on the APM but close enough that it's very effective inside a plane. It's a bit bulky in that it doesn't fold in a compact manner like the Sony WH-1000XM3/4 but it is still more compact than the APM.

How is the h95 compared to the h9i Is it worth the upgrade? and are you able to listen to music via jack stick even when the battery is has 0 battery, and are you able to change the batteries by yourself like you can in the h9i if no how hard is it? Sorry for all the questions i am just curious since im thinking of upgrading and want to know if it's worth the price - thanks in advance ^^

Difference is night and day, H95 are a huge improvement. Yes you are able to listen via the audio cable if there is no charge.

Which colour is the best?

In my opinion, I like the Gold Tone more than the Chestnut. The Gold color look very premium and beautiful, but light color could get dirty easily.

I would get these headphones - if I didn't have fluffy hair that didn't need a good amount of oils on it
