If you don't want to spend on an HDMI Matrix box you can still, as i have, bypassed the need. DVI from telly through to computer (i have a mac and use the apple display port to DVI adapter) now you have DVI quality link to you TV via your computer. Scart to scart for the digibox. (Only slight niggle is if you want to watch HDMI telly, but who ever does that as telly is awful) (if that is needed then you will have to swap the DVI to Digi box hdmi to hdmi) Remember though that you can stream in HDMI quality from you computer! Use the componant cables from your playstation / xbox direct into the componant inputs on the telly, this gives hdmi quality signal. Sound via rca using a scart to rca adapter. This is how i overcame the need to keep swapping out when i wanted to use the telly for different things.
