Dustproof plus waterproof does not equal durable. The speakers featured lack an IK - Impact Protection Rating and wouldn't last long on a building site. If you need a durable speaker/radio for a building site look at the major power tool brands. They all do one that runs from the same rechargeable batteries as their power tools, have an IK - Impact Protection Rating and are truly durable.
