No, ghee is not used in all dose in Bengaluru. It has become an unwanted trend. Traditionally made dose is always better & you will not get a heart attack. These nonsense restaurants like Rameswaram, Umesh, CTR etc. have spoilt the humble dose.

Raja Gobi is probably the most popular Gobi Manchurian outlets in Bengaluru. The manchurian pieces are quite chunky as compared to other outlets in the city. I have never had meat versions of manchurian but did hear meat eaters saying that the manchurian at Raja Gobi is indeed meaty.
