Recently we tried their Bangalore style Breakfast Dishes. And it’s really good nd Must try spot in Annanagar. From 24th May they r officially launching their Restaurant, so now their is perfect spot for Karnataka nd Bangalore based dishes. Prices are very normal below I have mentioned for ur reference. Tastes are really good. I personally likes their benne masala dosa, chow chow bath, Rava Idly, Vada. Don’t miss their open butter masala dosa nd Mysore masala dosa.

Upavihar doesnt open at 6am.. we waited for 1 hour then they say 7.30.. chutney is bland and watery and they spill on dosa .. they are showing gatti chutney but nothing like this is served.. they refuse to give chutney in cups also.. bad behaviour 😮

That's not Bengaluru style pongal. It's Tamil style. Karnataka style is more diluted. If you pour pongal in purasawalkam it will run till Pallavaram

I went to this hotel Its not worth Price is too high, in Bangalore there will be a place to sit and eat still the price is 50rs and potatoes will be good but here it is 90rs not that worth But here there is no place to stand also and potatoes curry are not like bengaluru style Sambar is ok ok Taste wise 3 out 5 Price is too high No proper drinking water Waste place

Owners are very rude and arrogant. They also misbehaved and abuse women customers and manhandled my daughter. One fat man claiming to be owner was standing outside and misbehaving with me too and was giving wrong directions to staff to not serve chutney and to delay my order too for his male ego. Just because they have a rush of customers they are misbehaving with customers. Incometax and GST officials should raid their store for all sorts of malpractice they may be doing. There is no parking also for this place. How did the corporation and police give them permission to open the place is a mystery.
