Bangalore to Jog falls - A scenic road trip | Western ghats wanderlust | offbeat travel

A small advice as I am a regular traveler from Bangalore to Jog falls. You can try Bangalore> Chitradurga> Ranebennur>Soraba>Jog Falls. The National highway ends at Ranebennur and you will be about 120kms away from Jog falls. The roads are in very good condition and I usually prefer this route even in rainy season to reach Jog.

via chitradurga and hiriyur is longer route. Via Arsikere, Birur and Bhardavathi is usual route.

Would be great if you can pls share the toll and budget hotels availability as well in the locations you visit. 4.5 K per night might not be affordable for all.
