Clown always has interesting subjects to talk about. I wish I had known that when they used to play at the club I worked at. I was lucky enough to hangout with Paul, Jim, Corey and Mick. I think I talked to everyone but I had actual conversations a buncha times with those 4 and they were all very cool then (1999-2001). They were really taking off after Ozzfest 1999, their opening tour for Biohazard then Coal Chamber and finally they basically repeated that tour, only this time, they headlined! When they came back in the summer of 2001, I believe, right before or after Iowa was released, the crowd was so insane at Harpo's that the crowd DESTROYED AND TORE A WALL DOWN. It was insane and one of my most memorable shows ever!

This is what makes slipknot unique, they add something no one ever tried or if they tried discarded it later, creativeness and that unique taste to the ear when you hear the sound of the keg, it gives flavor, i cant find the right words to describe it but when i hear it, it seems like more of a metal dropped from a high place, sounds metal for a metal band and makes it more metal, just listen to duality 🔥🔥🔥🔥

@joemommasvids7 жыл бұрын
FanaticalDrummer Guitar, drums, piano, I mean is that a serious question? They are hitting a keg with drumsticks. It sounds cool in slipknot recordings but its still a keg at the end of the day, not an instrument.
@FanaticDrummer7 жыл бұрын
Definition: a device used to produce music. So a film composer who uses what you consider "non instruments" doesn't use or know instruments? Pretty sure Hanz Zimmer uses a array of percussive sounds. By your logic a tamborine is not a instrument. Metal discs on a handle.
