0:16 und 07:09 dürfte die übliche Glutamat Zugabe sein, so bekommt man auch ohne Fleisch den Umami-Geschmack in das Essen. Gut, wenn man Glutamat verträgt, denn vermeiden kann man es in Asien nur schwer, wenn man nicht in der hochpreisigen Gastronomie essen möchte.
