Squeeze lime (not lemon, it's smaller) and if possible sprinkle a little bit of dried chili to enhance the favor. Mix them together and eat it. After a few bits, chew the green veggie to feel the fresh green veggie taste in contrast. That's the way Thai does it.

I'm Thai. I have a suggestion. When you eat Thai spicy food and you want to get rid of spicy quickly You order warm soup and slurp it. Don't drink cold water. because it doesn't help the spiciness fade away

I think they fried bamboo worms too crispy, so that made the texture like a sand. You should remove cricket legs before eating, it can stick in your throat 😂
