I would say that's almost a ceviche. Meaning the lime juice basically cooks the seafood. I would definitely try it.

Sawadee Krup Sai. Correct me if I am wrong. Several years ago I visited Lopburi. There was one temple there with lots of monkeys there. I never made it to this market as my tour guide never took us there. But I enjoyed visiting the temple, talking to the monks and I also enjoyed the monkeys.
