At 6:19 Sri Racha sauce is a sauce which is adapted from Chinese sauce by Chinese immigrant who came to live in Sri Racha, Chonburi Province. By adjusting the spiciness to suit Thai people's tastes. Sri Racha sauce products in America was Vietnamese-American made. It has nothing to do with Thai Sri Racha sauce. He used the name for benefit of his own business in America. Unlike "Red Bull" energy drink which Austrian investor bought the name and sell worldwide. "Red Bull" is an original Thai product but it has stronger taste. FYI.
