Got a promotion the start of 2020 to do business in Asia with travel to the countries multiple times a year, a dream role...and then the virus. Hi there, we were there in Feb 2020 and spent most of afternoon in Lumpini park and then made the brave dash out and over the roads to Patong streets and bars. Our very first time in Thailand. Cant wait to go back. Best holiday ever.

13:10 Is there more than one Sunrise Tacos in Bangkok? The only one I know of shares space with a Subway and is down at Nana. Soi 11 on Suvarbhamit, I think it is? Are they expanding, or is one a knock-off of the other? I always drop by at least once during my stays and get something. I may have to meander down that way the next time I'm in Bangkok and try this location out.

Easiest is enter Lumphini MRT station, then walk underground to the Sala Daeng exit which is across the intersection. You don’t need to pay a subway toll; just take the path next to the gated areas. It’s much safer than walking street level across all that traffic.

You can use the entrance of the MRT Silom station where the coconut seller was and walk under this crazy crossing. The exit is where you went up the stairs to the Skywalk to the Sala Daeng BTS station. Same system as Asoke.

There are some triple A fake watches at around 3000 baht + but they are never on the stalls, and mostly from Taiwan. I’ve never bought one, but they are seriously good, and unless you get into the back of them they are difficult to distinguish from the real thing.
