They left out that they provide garbage employment. It's sad. Because thailand is one of the last places you can just wake up. Find a talent. And go sell it on the side of the road. With out the government threatening to arrest you , make you pay taxes and fees until you cant do it. Steal your location. And put a capitalist corporation on your location. And they wont even thank you for finding their customer base.

A decent co-host you had there! Tip Samai is an institute not just restaurant. My mom often brought some of their signature dishes home (her office was close to the place) and eventhough some 40+yrs have passed , I know for a fact that if I walk in there today their Pad Thai will taste exactly how I remember it. They even continue using the charcoal stoves to maintain the smokey flavor. I kid you not!

I enjoyed eating Boat noodle and Pad Thai in Ao Nang, Krabi Thailand. It was my first time ever tried authentic Thai food. I haven’t been to downtown Bangkok yet, just a couple of hours transiting at DMK airport because there isn’t any direct flight from my city to Krabi. Love the turquoise color of the sea of South Thai islands, their hospitality and amazing food. Love from Vietnam.

Apart from the chili sauce this dish does bring a Vietnamese street food vibe too :)) I love Thaifood cause the cuisine shares many similarities with Vietnamese cuisine, especially when it comes to salad/fried noodles. However thanks to the geography and historical changes we have a more profound and diverse food culture which is clearly expressed in the ingredients, taste and decoration. Anyway, I would love to visit Thailand one day to try all the Pad Thai, Tom Yum and etc ^^

As a Vietnamese, I think in South East Asia, Thailand, Vietnam and Singapore have beautiful cuisines. They can satisfy every taste in the world. The dishes are diverse, healthy, colorful and rich of flavor. The balance of protein and vitamin is apparent. Especially, they are cheap because they use local ingredients (except Singapore)
