Bangkok's Must-See Spots on a River Tourist Boat - Lumphini Park to Wat Arun | Vlog 🇹🇭

Join us on an adventure through Bangkok's iconic attractions! We start at Lumphini Park, where we admire the incredible monitor lizards and stunning landscapes. Then, hop aboard the affordable Chao Phraya Tourist Boat for just 30 Thai Baht, and cruise along the river to witness the beauty of Wat Arun Temple.
The metro and BTS system is a very easy and affordable way to travel around Bangkok. As we were staying in Sukhumvit, we started our day using the blue route from the Sukhumvit metro station (underground). You can use your visa metro card to scan in and out of the station, just like the London underground, rather than queuing for a ticket. It took about 20 minutes to reach the Si Lom station (Lumphini Park), costing only 24 baht per person.
After spending some time searching for the monitor lizards, we walked a few minutes to find the Sala Daeng BTS Station to travel to Saphan Taksin (32 baht per person). At this station, you cannot use your Visa card so you need to queue at a ticket station or machine. We were then able to walk to Sathorn Ferry port to catch the blue line Chao Pryer Tourist boat (30 baht per person), which took us all the way along the river to Phra Arthit, close to Khao San Road.
