I sat on this boat for 2 hours approx. I first paid 30 and went from start to end which took about 45 mins to 1 hour then when the boat turned around I still did not get down, I continued to sit and paid another 30 on the boat to the ticket checker and got off at Asiatique and then spent the night there.

Hi Miss. the trip started at 8.30am, but what if we arrived late maybe 11am or 12pm. Are we still able to use the boat and go to all of the attractions?

You can use the boat whenever from 8.30am until 6.30pm. The boat will come every 30 mins each pier, you need to check the time-slot of the pier you are at. As in this video we started our trip at 2 pm. and Yes if start at 8.30 you will definitely see all the attractions😆

it depends on how long you take at each pier, the boat will come every half an hour every pier. So, I suggest you do your homework where and how long about you going to take. but I don't think you can stop at all pier in 1 day.

Chiang Mai is cooler in winter BUT also hotter in summer >< it really depends on the timing but keep in mind Thailand has no real winter it just feels cooler, and yet during the day can still be hot .
