Not everyone has a good relationship with their parents. I'm not taking anyone's side, but he's obviously bitter for a reason. We don't know the reason. We don't know how he gets treated at home by his parents. Bangladeshi parents can be very abusive behind closed doors and very "kind" to outsiders. Not saying that's Nadir's parents, but mostly, that's the case.

The sweet yogurt is actually one of our GI (Geographical Indication) products. Bogura is famously known as the city of Sweet yogurt which is in the North-west of Bangladesh. But other places of our country has it's own version of sweet yogurt and people love so much all of them.

Nadir studied English, and lived a long time in the USA, but still lacks common knowledge about the foods of Bangladesh and his mother spoiled him from childhood. - Dahi- curd(added sugar for sweetness. The other Semai- Is Rice vermicelli cooked with milk and other ingredients. They are different in Bangladesh, Pakistan and Indian states, and other countries. Bangladeshi recipe is made of : The sweet milk vermicelli recipe is very tasty and very very yummy food. Everyone like this food too much. We can't think about the Eid festival without a vermicelli recipe. So a special milk vermicelli recipe for Eid. They call the lemon water Lebur's Sharbot. The word ''Sharbot'' is very similar to ''Serbet'' which we use it for a drink that contains water+sugar+rose essance+almond in Turkey. The pronunciation is very similar.
