Bangladesh's government has banned the opposition "Jamaat-e-Islami" party, as well as the party's student wing and other associated groups. The ruling party blames them for inciting violence during recent student protests. Bangladesh has arrested more than 10,000 people in two weeks as part of a crackdown on dissent after weeks of deadly protests. At least 200 people have died.

These student agitators are fully responsible for the recent 200+ murders. The government itself was in favor of quota reforms. In 2018, the government canceled the entire quota system. The proof of this is that the police shot a boy sitting on the cornice on the roof and was also videotaped by another person. If thousands of such people are killed, there should be hundreds of videos!! Today was another brutal day for Bangladeshi students, with incidents of open fire resulting in the deaths of students in Khulna, Sylhet, and Dhaka (Uttara). The proof of this is that the police shot a boy sitting on the cornice on the roof and was also videotaped by another person. If thousands of such people are killed, there should be hundreds of videos!! Moreover, not all of these dead are students, there are ordinary pedestrians, children, policemen, journalists and even BCL members.
