And also typical Indian biryani uses long grain Basmati rice, which taste a bit dry despite using so much ghee and oil. Kachchi biryani uses chinigura rice, which is very flavourful and never taste dry, its a bit like jasmine rice, but smaller than jasmine rice

They do you use milk powder in Bangladesh for kacchi biriyani. Mark Wein has a video about kacchi biriyani in his channel. You can watch that. The chef also didn't use basmati rice there. He used local rice in that video

It's called kacchi because they add raw meat with marination and half boiled rice. They cook the meat with rice. You may see Mark Wein's video about kacchi biriyani. More details in that video. The chef used about 21-22 spices and local rice. He didn't use Basmati there.
